About Reghan

Reghan is a graduate of Meredith Manor International Equestrian Centre, where she completed the Riding and Training Program along with nine months of Farrier Coursework. Her formal education provided a strong foundation in training theory, equine behavior, and the mechanics behind effective riding—all of which she incorporates into her program at Reghan M Performance Horse Training.

Educated with a deep understanding of equine biomechanics, Reghan is able to influence each horse in a way that supports balance, clarity, and long-term athletic development. Before enrolling at Meredith Manor, she trained, maintained, and showed her own horses; experiences that strengthened her work ethic and built the foundation for her performance-driven approach to developing well-prepared, competitive horses.

With a focus on ranch and versatility training, Reghan is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues mentorship and collaboration opportunities from other respected industry professionals. Her dedication to ongoing education allows her to continually elevate her program while providing thoughtful, well-rounded development for both horses and riders.

  • Reghan offers lessons in a variety of disciplines designed to help riders strengthen communication, refine technique, and develop horses with clarity and purpose. Lessons focus on building correct biomechanics, elevating performance in and out of the show pen, and creating a confident, prepared partnership. Each session is tailored to the goals of the horse and rider, ensuring meaningful progress and long-term development.

Onsite individual and group riding instruction is available on select dates or weekly haul out lessons can be coordinated through R3 Ranch.

  • Reghan M Performance Horse Training program develops horses that are responsive, balanced, soft, and ready to perform—while maintaining mental soundness and confidence. Whether preparing for local shows or building advanced performance skills, Reghan provides a professional, structured approach designed to help each horse reach its full potential.

Competitive Show Program

In addition to training and instruction offerings, Reghan M Performance Horse Training has developed a comprehensive show program built on partnership—between horse and rider, trainer and client, preparation and performance. Reghan believes that success in the show pen begins long before show day, through correct training, clear communication, and confidence developed at home.

The program provides structured coaching, thorough show preparation, and in-pen support across all-around, ranch, and versatility events, with a strong emphasis on long-term development rather than shortcuts. Riders are encouraged to grow their skills, understanding, and horsemanship alongside their horses in a positive, goal-driven environment.
